This privacy policy explains how we collect, use, and disclosure information that we receive when concerning your access and use of our services (the Services), whether through our website at www.polytravel.com.ng or other websites, we may own or control (the Website), or through contacting us by telephone or other form of communication. This Privacy Policy applies only to PolyTravis services Limited and not third-party websites, services, or applications, even if they are accessible through our Services or the website. We aim to protect our customers’ privacy and the confidentiality of the information they provide. You should read this privacy statement carefully before continuing to use this website. - Contact Data includes billing address, delivery address, email address, and telephone numbers.
- Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details.
- Transportation Data includes details relating to or necessary for providing products and services you desire or have purchased from us, such as travel dates, destination, trip type (e.g., pleasure, adventure, business), and booking and tour operators.
- Technical Data includes the Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform, and other technology on the devices, you use to access our Site.
- Profile Data includes purchases or orders made by you, as well as your interests, preferences, feedback, and survey responses.

If you use your credit or debit card to purchase a policy through us, the payment information is transmitted directly to the insurance company providing the policy. We do not receive that information. The insurance companies we work with process payment information securely and by the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). We offer the use of a secure server for PolyTravis. All personally identifiable information you supply us via polytravel.com.ng is transmitted via a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) or similarly secure technology. We allow personally identifiable information to be accessed only by persons with specified rights.
Due to the open nature of communication through the Internet, we cannot guarantee that communications between you and PolyTravel, or between PolyTravel and the government to which you ask us to submit your information, will be free from unauthorized access by third parties, nor that third parties will not be able to circumvent the safeguards we have put in place. We cannot guarantee the security of any information disclosed or transmitted online.
Information Discloser
Except as described in this privacy statement we will not disclose your personal information to a third party without your consent and as permitted under applicable laws. We do not sell (or exchange) your personal information for monetary compensation.
We may also use or share your information with third-party vendors (including Google) and service providers under contract with us who help with our business operations.
